Public MTB Shuttle Sessions

Public sessions are ideal for solo riders, couples and small groups who are happy to share the shuttle with other riders.

• Two-hour shuttle session

• Minimum four riders required to operate

• Maximum six riders

• Fixed session dates and times

• Riders may complete different numbers of runs depending on their pace

• Bikes and equipment must be supplied by riders

Public sessions are confirmed once minimum numbers have been reached.

Private MTB Shuttle Sessions

Book the complete shuttle for your family, friends or riding group.

Private sessions give your group exclusive use of the vehicle and bike rack for the booked session. Your group controls the pace, allowing faster riders to complete more transfers while others take their time.

• Exclusive shuttle use

• Up to six riders

• Two-hour session

• Suitable for families, friends and mixed-ability groups

• Flexible pickup arrangements within the operating area

• The driver remains available throughout the session

Depending on trail conditions and your booked session, transfers may include:

• Pemberton Pool

• Gloucester Tree precinct

• Pemberton Arboretum

• Crossings Bakery

• Pump Hill Farm Chalets

• Munda Biddi Trail zig-zag below Gloucester Tree

Routes and pickup points may change due to weather, fire conditions, track closures or trail maintenance.

What to Bring

Riders must provide:

• A trail-ready mountain bike

• An approved helmet

• Suitable riding clothing and footwear

• Water and snacks

• Basic repair equipment

• Any model-specific spare parts, including a spare derailleur hanger where possible

Please advise us before booking if you are bringing an e-bike. Bikes must be compatible with the rack and safe to transport.

Important Information

This is a shuttle and transfer service, not a guided ride, coaching session or mechanical support service.

Riders are responsible for:

• Choosing trails suitable for their ability

• Loading and securing their own bikes

• Ensuring bikes are safe and in good working order

• Arriving at the pickup point before the scheduled departure

• Carrying suitable safety and repair equipment

Mountain biking involves risk. Trail conditions can change quickly due to weather, fallen trees and maintenance activity.
